2024 Pool Hours
Pool hours are 10am-8pm daily, and holidays might affect operating hours.
Guest Policy
Residents are permitted to bring 2 guests per day per household to the facility Monday through Thursday.
Adults-Only Pool Hours
According to federal law, adult swim is not allowed during operational hours, because it violates the Federal Housing Act (FHA), as it discriminates against families and children. There will be safety checks every 2 hours for 15 minutes and no one is allowed in the pool during this time.
Food and Beverage Policy
It is acceptable to bring your own food and beverages to the pool area. However, they must be consumed in the designated areas, not on the pool deck.
After Hours Policy
No pool occupancy is allowed without lifeguards. No one is allowed at the pool outside of operating hours.
