Tracy Howland: Tracy grew up on a farm in rural Indiana, and she earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Indianapolis. Tracy’s interest in travel and desire to explore the country led her to begin travel nursing, which eventually landed her in Colorado in 2009. She immediately fell in love with the mountains and all they have to offer physically, emotionally, and spiritually. In 2014, after 11 years of ICU nursing, Tracy decided to take a step back from the ICU and pursue her passion of fitness. In 2015, Tracy became a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM and began her in-home and outdoor personal training business. Alongside personal training, Tracy teaches bootcamp-style classes as well as indoor cycling. Tracy spends much of her personal time outdoors--hiking, trail running, road biking, and snowboarding are at the top. To round out her passion for sharing health and wellness with others, Tracy is an Independenct Consultant for a health and wellness company, Arbonne. Please help us welcome Tracy, as she just joined our team in February of 2017!
